Michele has been in the Life Sciences Industry for the past 30 years, having spent the most recent 2 years as the NA Lead for Capgemini's Management Consulting Life Sciences Team. Prior to that, Michele spent 27 years with IBM serving in various rolls including Strategy Practice Lead, NA Life Sciences Industry Lead, Johnson & Johnson Global Consulting Client Lead, and Watson Health Consulting Partner. Michele has a passion for leveraging data and emerging technologies to enable positive outcomes for patients, HCPs, and health-related organizations. She has proven to be a versatile executive with proven leadership in helping companies transform business by way of breakthrough strategies via the application of emerging technologies such as AI, intelligent automation, IoT, and digital.

Michele holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Allied Health Professions from Ohio State University. She is also a Licensed Physical Therapist
